How does Stick ID work?
Point your camera at any stick and tap the capture button. Our AI analyzes the photo in seconds and returns detailed information including wood species, physical characteristics, RPG stats, rarity tier, and lore.
Is the AI identification accurate?
Our AI provides its best estimate for wood species and characteristics. Results are for informational and entertainment purposes. RPG stats, fantasy names, and lore are generated for fun and are entirely fictional.
How many free scans do I get?
Free users receive a limited number of scans per day (currently 2). Upgrade to Stick ID PRO for unlimited scans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find Stick ID, and tap Cancel. Premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore my purchases?
Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored if still active.
Why does the app ask for location?
Location records where you found each stick and shows it on your personal Stick Map. Location access is completely optional — the app works fully without it.
Why does the app ask for camera access?
Camera access is needed to photograph sticks for AI identification. You can also use photos from your library instead.
Can I delete my data?
Delete individual sticks from your collection within the App. For complete account and data deletion, contact us at the email below.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any App Store purchase.
What languages are supported?
Stick ID is available in English, Turkish, Spanish, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, German, French, and Chinese.
